Simple Coiling Line; the material is being decoiled from the left decoiler reel and then fed through a processing machine by the customer. The processed material is then being recoiled by the recoiler on the right hand side of the picture. The material guidance rollers on the de- and recoiler (pictured here on the inside) hold the material on the same pass-through level as the processing machine.
Here, coil weights of up to 500 kg are being recoiled. For this, a manual mandrel splay is completely sufficient. A hydraulic mandrel splay is of course available on request. |
